Main Tasks
- Monitor and handle incoming transmittals and correspondence.
- Execute outgoing transmittals and correspondence.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of document management procedures and systems.
- Archive documents in the Document management system.
- Registration and distribution of technical information (workflows in Smart Plant Foundation).
- Monitor and communicate good Document Management practice.
- Handling of administrative requirements within the Project.
- Perform validation and control of LCI deliverables.
- Recommend and provide technical training in the use of Information Systems.
- Ensure that the project follows prescribed technical document/information management procedures.

Skills and experience requirements
- Minimum 10-15 years relevant experience within document handling within the offshore industry.
- Experience as Lead document controller from offshore projects.
- Experience in the use of technical and administrative document control systems (preferable if candidate have experience from use of ‘Hummingbird DM’ and/or Smart Plant Foundation)
- Preferable if candidate have knowledge to system and routines for managing LCI (Life Cycle Information).
- Good experience with using MS Office applications, Adobe, and other application used to generate and exploit information.
- Good skills with both English and Norwegian language

Duration: Mobilisation of the position is as soon as possible, however, latest within 3Q-2010. Position expected duration is until summer 2013, however, only one year contract will be awarded with option for annual contract extension.
Location: The position will be located in Eni’s offices at Forus, Stavanger.
