 AFE Estimating and Preparation
 Import and QAQC Actual Expenditures from Accounting System
 Forecast Preparation / Variance Analysis
 Issue Monthly VOWD and Capital Forecast to Finance Department
 Update and Publish Cost Reports
 Process Change Orders
 Manage Change Registers
 Maintain Program Schedule in Primavera (Low Level of Detail)

Work Contacts
 Take day to day direction from Permian Basin Program Project Services Manager
 Regular interface with Noble Midstream Operations Team
 Regular interface with the Program Discipline Leads and Project Managers

 Bachelor’s Degree (Construction Tech, Engineering, Finance, or General Business preferred)
 Minimum of 10 years of experience in Planning/Scheduling, Cost Control, and Estimating in the
upstream or midstream oil and gas industries
 PMP Designation preferred
 Good organizational skills
 Good communication skills
 Team player
 Proficiency in Primavera Enterprise (P6)
 Advanced user of MS Office suite of software, particularly Excel
 Proficiency in Oracle EBS preferred
